By using PathNav you agree to these terms. They're short and direct. If anything's unclear, email us before you sign up.
Use of PathNav
PathNav is a planning service. You can use it for personal, family, or company planning. You can use it for free with shared rate limits, or bring your own AI provider keys for unlimited use.
You're responsible for the planning data you put in. PathNav suggests, drafts, and reminds — it doesn't make life decisions for you.
Account responsibility
Keep your password confidential. Tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account.
Don't use someone else's account without permission. Don't impersonate another person or organization.
What you can't do
Don't use PathNav to plan, coordinate, or carry out anything illegal.
Don't try to break PathNav's security or scrape data that isn't yours.
Don't abuse the AI features to overwhelm shared rate limits, generate harmful content, or circumvent provider safety policies.
Don't resell access to PathNav as a service to others without permission.
AI output
AI suggestions are exactly that — suggestions. They can be wrong, biased, or out of date. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.
PathNav is not a substitute for professional advice in medicine, law, finance, mental health, or anything else where you'd otherwise consult a qualified human.
Pricing + cancellation
Standard mode is free with shared rate limits. Bring-your-own-keys is also free from PathNav — your AI cost is whatever your provider charges you directly.
We don't subscription-charge for PathNav itself. If that ever changes, we'll notify you in-app before any new charges take effect.
You can delete your account any time. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. Maintenance, provider outages, and bugs happen.
We may rate-limit, throttle, or temporarily disable features that are being abused or that threaten the service for other users.
Liability
PathNav is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or any AI output.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page before they take effect.
